Belmont Management Consultants Limited
BUSINESS PLANNING TRADE DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT PROMOTION
BMC offer expertise in business and strategic planning; privatisation, restructuring, change
management; due diligence, investment promotion; project management.
BMC was established in 1997 and has since undertaken over seventy agribusiness projects
in over thirty countries involving: growing, harvesting, grading, storage, processing / manufacturing, quality control and marketing.
BMC has also undertaken over 25 assignments in the UK, mainly providing business
planning expertise (strategy, marketing & sales, HR and finance) for a range of business sectors.
BMC promotes sustainable, socially responsible projects and enterprises and has developed a model that has been successfully implemented in Transylvania by Fundatia
ADEPT, a charity registered in Romania and the UK. Biodiversity, agriculture and the
environment have been the main objectives of the NGO but without economic development for the local people, conservation measures are unlikely to succeed. Rural enterprises have been developed to produce a range of food and craft products and include the promotion of tourism creating further local demand. The concept is now
proven and can be readily replicated in other regions and countries. For this purpose the Food Development Company has been registered in England to seek investment and
promote the model as the basis for establishing social enterprises.
BMC maintains an exclusive database containing over 300 known consultants. Some
testimonials for projects undertaken by these consultants are presented below.

spoken to my account manager at Business Link and she is very pleased with the plan, and just this morning I was offered a substantial loan by my bank. Best wishes and many

Marketing Strategy for Interactive Garden Mainentance CD "Thank you for the report
and invoice. I have forwarded the E-mail to Business Link and hope that payment can be sorted ASAP. I think Amparo will be very good for Complete Gardens. She likes the CD and
can see its potential. It was good that Chris and Amparo came to the NEC as they could see for themselves the interest from customers and how impressed they were with the CD.
Having Amparo chasing up and meeting potential customers will take a huge burden off me. I will assist and support her as much as I can plus pursue other leads. Together we
should do well. Your consultancy expertise has been very positive to Complete Gardens. I have benefited from a fresh look at how things are going and had some very useful
suggestions. With Amparo's positive involvement in sales I imagine that we should do well. I intend to keep you informed of our progress. Thanks for your involvement. Best wishes" Neil Bromhall, Complete Gardens Limited, UK
